Please save the date for this training opportunity for new unit heads.

This workshop is intended to help new unit heads learn about the career instructional and research non-tenure track faculty evaluation and promotion process at the University of Oregon. Topics include evaluation and promotion timelines; candidate and unit responsibilities; and dossier preparation. This workshop has been designed for new unit heads, but returning unit heads, managers, faculty and others are welcome to attend.

New unit head trainings are mandatory for all new unit heads. They are open to other unit-level managers and to established heads who may be looking for a refresher.
