Any changes to unit policies must be approved by the Office of the Provost using the posted review process. Approved policies will be uploaded with the most recent policy listed first.  New policies as of 2023 will be formatted for accessibility. Please contact OtP@uoregon.edu with any policy questions.

United Academics notification of internal unit policies: Per Article 6, Section 3 of the CBA, the University will notify the union [United Academics] within 10 days of the adoptions of any newly created or revised policies, whether at the university, college, or school level, that affect employment relations. If your unit makes changes to or implements a new policy that affects employment relations, please email otp@uoregon.edu a copy of the policy, effective date, and link to where the policy is published and accessible to faculty. The OtP will notify United Academics of the action.
