We want to let you know about some changes that you may see when contacting the Office of the Provost. In an effort to better support faculty and staff, and provide information they need to be successful, the Office of the Provost is launching a new website and email address.
Several years ago, the provost and academic affairs combined offices and other smaller changes have been made over time. The website change reflects the new organizational structure and will be designed to ensure deans, faculty, staff and others can easily access information related to the provost office initiatives, programs, and services.
Please share this information with others in your unit(s) who may regularly access these websites.
The New Website
During the week of August 27, the Office of the Provost’s new website will launch, bringing together information that is currently housed on a number of different websites. The website (provost.uoregon.edu) will hold information from the following links:
The website tep.uoregon.edu will also be updated at that time.
Once the new website is launched, we encourage you to review it and update your links accordingly.
New Email Address
Effective immediately, we are replacing the email@example.com email address with firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you update your contacts and phase out any use of the email@example.com email in forms or templates.
Thank you for your patience during this transition. We will send a follow up message once the new website is live.
