The University of Oregon is again pleased to request nominations for the 2017-18 Fund for Faculty Excellence Awards. Deans are encouraged to submit for consideration names of tenured faculty who have sustained a record of distinction in quality of scholarship, contribution to their respective field, and contribution to the university.

Deans of the schools and colleges should submit nominations to Academic Affairs by April 17, 2017. Nominations should be made using this downloadable PDF nomination form, accompanied by the nominee’s CV. Nominations should remain confidential.
