Provost’s Administrative Services Team (PAST) Shared Services provides high quality services and expertise in the area of business operations and human resources to its many campus partners and client units.

This new shared services team started in fall of 2022 and is currently building its team of leaders and expertise in the areas of business operations, which include payroll coordination, purchasing and contracting, travel coordination, accounting, and fiscal coordination and human resources services which includes recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding as well as support for the entire employee life cycle.

Once fully staffed, the team will provide these comprehensive services to partners on campus, inclusive of: The Office of the Provost, UESS, Global Engagement, Graduate Studies, Museum of Natural and Cultural History, Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, Libraries.
