Latinx Resources

Multicultural Student Career Resources

The University Career Center is dedicated to ensuring equitable access for all students. We want all students to be equipped to demonstrate the awareness, attitude, knowledge, and skills required to equitably engage and include people from different local and global cultures. We also want students to have the tools to engage in anti-racist practices that actively challenge the systems, structures, and policies of racism. This is a vital career readiness competency for all Ducks and essential for all workplaces to create inclusive environments where employees can thrive.

Latinx Student Career Resources

The University Career Center is committed to supporting the career development of UO students who identify as Latinx. Your identity may likely intersect with your career choices, extracurricular interests, and future goals. The University Career Center is here to help you explore the role your identity may play in your job search and connect you to helpful resources.

UO Dreamers

The UO has over 400 Dreamer allies who have gone through day-long trainings to better understand Dreamer student needs and experiences. If you are looking to get in touch with an ally or the Dreamers working group, please contact Justine Carpenter, Director of Multicultural and Identity-based Support Services, by email or call 541-346-1123.
