Description
This annual Summit, hosted by the office of the provost, is designed to provide a strong start to the academic year in community with academic unit heads from across campus. We will provide timely updates on campus-wide priorities and do our best to answer your questions as you prepare for your leadership role in 2024-25.
The intended audience includes academic department heads, school heads, associate deans, area directors, program directors, etc., but all interested academic leaders are welcome!
Goals
- Ensure academic unit heads have the information they need for a successful start to the 2024-25 academic year.
- Provide time for unit heads to dialog with their peers, communicate directly with leadership, and get their questions answered.
- Build a community of academic leaders who can learn from and alongside one another toward the goal of building a more inclusive and equitable academic community.
