This workshop will focus on ways that new unit heads can develop and maintain best practices to recruit, retain, and advance faculty who bring diverse perspectives and identities to the unit. Vickie DeRose, CoDaC director; associate vice president, Division of Equity and Inclusion, and professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry, will lead the discussion.
