The Office of the Provost offers workshops and trainings to assist faculty throughout the duration of their career at the University of Oregon. We collaborate with campus partners to offer workshops on topics such as understanding the promotion or tenure process, continued growth and development as an educator, how to produce a strong application for a Williams Instructional Proposal, and more.

New Faculty Success Program Luncheons
Our goal is to provide the knowledge and connections that new faculty need to be supported and successful as they begin their career at the University of Oregon. The Office of the Provost and United Academics have partnered to provide a monthly luncheon series on Thursdays from 12:00-1:45, where new faculty can interact with each other as well as faculty and administrators from across campus. These interactive discussions will provide provocative questions and scenarios to the panelists and participants for everyone to consider and learn from. All faculty - tenure track and career instructional or research track - are welcome.
Upcoming luncheons are listed above in Upcoming Opportunities for New Faculty. Hope to see you there!
