AY 2022-2023 Review Process

The Office of the Provost is here to assist units with the process related to the new collective bargaining agreement between United Academics and the University of Oregon, in effect as of August 1, 2022. This page contains information related to the revision process.

The agreement stipulates that only the Merit Policy is due for completion in 2023 (June 15, 2023). Units may want to consider making all revisions this year and should carefully review Appendix 1 and 2 in the new CBA for implementation agreements, unit-policy development guidelines, and the standards and criteria for major reviews.

Ron Bramhall will hold drop-in office hours for faculty designees and deans every week on Zoom, or by appointment. Whether questions are procedural or related to policy content, use the link below to drop-in through June 15. Both Ron and Karen Ford are also available for consultation by request.

Tuesdays and Fridays | 9:00-10:00am
