In order for the University of Oregon to be as excellent in our teaching as we are in our research, we need robust ways to measure teaching quality and provide real feedback to our faculty for continual improvement. Join the advisory board of the university’s newly convened Teaching Academy for a conversation about best practices for the evaluation of teaching, including tools for peer review and self-assessment, and an update to the UO Senate Task Force’s goals regarding teaching evaluation reform.

Assistant, associate, and divisional deans involved in the evaluation of teaching processes are encouraged to attend this luncheon.
