2019 Summit for Academic Leaders

Monday, September 23
9:00-4:00 p.m.
EMU Redwood Auditorium
 (room 214)

This interactive summit hosted by the Office of the Provost is designed to provide timely updates on campus-wide projects, along with the opportunity to get your questions answered and to further your capacity as an effective leader for 2019/20.

The target audience includes Unit heads (department heads, school heads, associate or divisional deans) but all academic leaders are welcome.

Goals

  • Ensure unit/department/program heads have the information they need for a successful start to the year.
  • Introduce new goals and initiatives from the President and Provost.
  • Provide time for heads to engage in meaningful dialog with their peers, be heard by leadership, and get their questions answered.
