Academic Plan Draft 2
Linked is the second draft of the Academic Plan. It was redrafted from the first draft and blog input by Lisa Freinkel, Associate Professor and Director, Comparative Literature Program and Ed Kameenui, Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Outreach, College of Education. Further input was provided by Scott Coltrane, Charles Martinez, Michael Redding and Jim Bean. We all owe, particularly Lisa and Ed, a great deal of thanks for their significant contribution to the community.
This draft has been submitted to the Presidential Search Committee for distribution to candidates. It is also being discussed with the Foundation Trustees and external communities.
Each unit is invited to hold community discussions of this draft and pass the consensus comments back to my office through your deans, vice-presidents, or vice provosts. I look forward to your comments.
